We securely delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer required, subject to system backup cycles and statutory retention periods.

We respond to rights requests within one month. We may ask for proof of identity. We do not charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Our Services are not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
